This program will explore the cultural and practical applications of purchasing and selling a tax practice. The discussion will include determining a firm’s culture and if the potential acquiring firm's culture is a good fit for the clients. We will review options for the seller's role, should the seller choose to stay. We will look at practical questions to ask to determine the business’s health and discuss tips for merging the firms.
