This course is an introduction to digital asset taxation, covering the basics on blockchain and cryptocurrency and how to report common crypto situations. It covers IRS guidance to date and discusses options on how to treat situations not covered by guidance so the tax professional can guide the average taxpayer through the most frequent tax situations.  The course also discusses tools that can be used to help simplify the process.
